I didn’t remember if for sure it was a retelling though (wow u can tell I read too many books that I didn’t feel confident enough in my answer) LOL. I also really loved Cruel beauty. I haven’t read the novella yet—I actually haven’t read a lot of reviews on it, did u review it? I need to get it on my kindle, it sounds good I loved CruelBeauty!

ReplyDeleteEnchanted was so much fun. The Snow Queen middle grade book reminds me of Breadcrumbs by Anne Ursu, have you read that one?
I haven't but I only read this one cause I read it out loud to my five year old. Not a big middle grade fiction person, but I will check it out.
