Bloggers- My novel Blood Born was released 07/16/2019- It is an LGBTQ+ gender-bent Dracula retelling with a plus-size MC. Check it out here https://reneelake.wordpress.com/2019/01/09/blood-born/ It is on NetGalley and I have review ebook copies available upon request.
Yes, it's always interesting to read books set in cemeteries.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT.
Great list! I really enjoyed The Miniaturist so I'd love to see more books set in The Netherlands.
ReplyDeleteIt would be so interesting to read about Utah from a non-Mormon perspective.
ReplyDeleteThis is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thanks for stopping by earlier.
Oh I have a friend that suggested graveyards as well. I think it would be fascinating!
ReplyDeleteOooo, your list gives me chills!
ReplyDeleteOoh Romania/Transylvania is a great one! I would love to read a book set there! Great list! 😊
ReplyDeleteI love a good pioneer story, so I'm with you on the pioneer/Oregon Trail settings. I don't mind religious elements, especially since my own ancestors came west as pioneers to get away from religious persecution. I also like a good cemetery setting, although in real life, I find cemeteries peaceful, not frightening.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
A haunted garden, what a great idea. I'd read that.
ReplyDeleteI'd read the heck out of a pioneer story with a paranormal or fantasy vibe to it.
ReplyDeleteI love your list and would love to read more books set in several of these settings, especially Romania and the Netherlands.
ReplyDeletePioneer and Oregon Trail fantasy or horror please. :)

Haunted apartments feel like they are in very short supply compared to houses. Great thought!
